READY TO SHIP

Products labelled in stock and ready to ship will be dispatched within 2-5 days from the purchase.

MADE TO ORDER

These products are custom made in the size or metal of your choosing. Their processing times vary and may range from 2 to 4 weeks. Each product labelled 'MADE TO ORDER' displays the individual processing time. This is the maximum amount of time needed to prepare and hallmark the item.

In our designs, we use 18 karat gold (750) and sterling (925) silver.

We aim to deliver the best quality products possible so every item leaving our workshop is under the 24-month manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty includes any potential faults due to our craftsmanship however, it does not include losses caused by external physical damage.

Some of our products are available with an e-coating colour surface. E-coating is a term used to describe nano-ceramic solutions that work like gold plating.

E-coatings do not contain any metal hence they are 100% hypoallergenic. The colour coating is durable and preserves the metal's look and feel. Colours do not fade over time or tarnish.
